Traversent Car Rental is building a structured, systems-driven rental company designed for growth and long-term scale.
We are hiring a high-potential professional to manage bookings, customer operations, and revenue coordination — with a clear pathway into Operations or Revenue Management.
This is a performance-based role with leadership growth potential.
🔷 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to all inquiries within 5 minutes
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Monitor and validate website bookings
• Prepare contracts and manage booking system
• Track deposits, invoices, and receivables
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations for dispatch
• Maintain booking and revenue dashboard accuracy
• Support customer retention and review strategy
🔷 PERFORMANCE DELIVERABLES
• Response time under 5 minutes
• High booking conversion rate
• Zero booking errors
• Accurate financial tracking
• Strong payment follow-up discipline
• Weekly performance reporting
🔷 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Strong numeracy and financial accuracy (non-negotiable)
• High attention to detail
• Confidence in enforcing company policies
• Strong digital literacy and system orientation
• Professional communication skills
Experience in car rental, hospitality, logistics, or sales is an advantage.
