Super exciting news for Ramsgate!🌿

The RUDP has officially committed funding towards the mammoth task of the South-to-North Verge Restoration Project, proudly supported by the RRRA and managed by Tidy Towns Ramsgate.

This collaborative effort between local committees truly shows what can be achieved when a community comes together for a greater cause.

The verge restoration project spans just over 4km and will be divided into four sections. Each section will undergo extensive clearing of overgrowth, as well as the removal of invasive species through carefully managed deep-root herbicide treatment by Ron and his team at The Garden Whisperer.

We kindly ask all residents and motorists to remain vigilant while travelling through the affected areas, as visibility due to overgrowth remains a concern for both motorists and pedestrians alike.

Please exercise caution and bear with us while this important project gets underway. It is a significant undertaking and will take time, but the long-term benefit to the safety and appearance of Ramsgate will be well worth the effort.

Thank you to everyone involved in helping make this possible🔥
