We currently have this new vacancy in our service department at our Polokwane Dealership – Limpopo Province. We are searching for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Duties / Responsibilities
* Assess the Service needs. Promote the sale of labour/ parts and or accessories.
* Document services required, estimations for labour and parts and specify payment responsibilities.
* Maintain contact with the Customer.
* Produce an outcome where there are no comebacks,
Coordinate Service Schedules. Develop and maintain price schedule,
Maintain appointment scheduling system and coordinate alternate transportation for customers.
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction by correctly addressing the needs and accurate remedy of the fault.
* Complete required administration in the service proses and maintain Customer files.

Duties / Responsibilities
* Acquire New Customers for the business
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
* Generate quotations, process sales orders, invoices, and customer payments.
* Build Customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty by identifying new customer needs and providing solutions to those needs;
* Identify part source, obtain parts & price, invoice and deliver parts;
* Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice on vehicle components.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets

Requirements
* Matric
* At least 3 years work experience in a Parts environment.
* Parts sales experience in all brands essential.
* Computer & Business system knowledge and product knowledge would be an advantage.
* Must be target driven
* Work independently & be self disciplined
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Code 8 Drivers licence
