Morning family 21Nov 2022 my life changed I became a zombie I depended on tablets medication to get by my mind was unsettled my heart got ripped apart my crown of being a queen to a king that ruled my space was removed I felt empty family and friends came through to comfort me they found me strong coz I was on tablets and I depended on them hourly meaning I ddnt want to face reality until one cruelly friend of mine shouted snap out of it stop abusing medication you look like a zombie and you have decisions to make sober up okay I did ...the pain came back strong I was told to stay strong I went mad I nearly killed my loved once coz I felt they don't understand my loss I got stronger doze of tablets.24th Dec onether blow at work I was tasked to the Tank explosion Ntombifuthi Rachel Zwane held my hand I worked all went well I had to abuse tablets again I've been clean since Feb zinokungshiya kancane I must say throwing myself to work has kept me going thanks to indiyaomoba
