The rotating assembly handles immense structural stress. We restore smooth power delivery, fix low oil pressure, and eliminate damaging engine harmonics.

• Crankshaft Grinding & Polishing: We machine worn, scored, or damaged journals down to perfect roundness, allowing the use of oversized bearings to restore factory oil pressure.

• Dynamic Component Balancing: We balance the crankshaft, pistons, and connecting rods together on specialized equipment to eliminate high-RPM vibrations and protect internal bearings.

• Connecting Rod Reconditioning: We resize the big ends back to a perfect circle and install fresh small-end wrist pin bushings to prevent rod failure.

The engine block is the foundation of power. Structural distortion of even a fraction of a millimetre leads to catastrophic engine failure. We restore geometric perfection to your engine's core.

• Cylinder Boring & Honing: We eliminate cylinder wall ovality and taper, finishing with a precise cross-hatch pattern so new rings seat tightly, stopping oil burning and restoring compression.

• Cylinder Wall Re-Sleeving: We press and machine heavy-duty sleeves to salvage rare, expensive, or deeply cracked blocks from the scrap heap.

• Block Decking / Surfacing: We square the top deck perfectly relative to the crankshaft centerline for an airtight head gasket seal.

• Main Line Boring & Honing: We correct misalignment in the main bearing saddles, ensuring the crankshaft spins freely without binding or friction wear.

• Broken Stud & Thread Repair: We safely extract snapped bolts, glow plugs, or exhaust studs, and install heavy-duty thread inserts (Heli-Coils/Time-Serts) to restore structural clamping force.
