.cars is usually behind the lens — chasing angles, exhaust notes, and clean rollers.
But pitched a backyard ultra:
5KM every hour, on the hour, for 12 hours.
Way outside our usual aperture — so of course we showed up.
We didn’t finish the full 12, but the team sent it until the battery hit 0%.
and — guys who normally only rack up kilometres in a chase car — somehow hammered out 35KM in backyard format. That’s a new kind of motion blur.
was basically our crew chief — pacing strategy, mental resets, and mid-run hype that kept the boys from blowing the engine at 20KM.
Huge props to Yudi for building the whole experience.
Different scene. Same drive.
We learned. We suffered. We leveled up.
We’re car people first — but stepping out from behind the camera showed us we’ve got a few extra gears.
Round two is coming… and we’re going further.
