We’re back from !

The 66 did amazing. It had 1.3 miles on it when we showed up in Florida on all new wiring, electronics, plumbing, transmission, unknown engine, brakes, axles etc. and over 1200 miles by the end of the week. Jason and I both agreed we’d rather cruise that through Florida than the Denali Ultimate any day 😂

Really happy with how everything went, had a lot of fun helping the Philip DenBesten and Randy Hyma with wherever the rules allowed…. 🫣, meeting Cameron Johnson and his guys, and seeing Nick Tunison rip his Bronco II for 1000+ miles without an issue.

Really glad to be home with my beautiful wife and kids, I missed them a lot.

Have a few days to wrap up Mackenzie’s mega truck then hopping back in the car to Alabama Thursday night 😅

When I get back from that we have promod, restomod, land speed, snow and dirt racing stuff to do! Can’t wait to share it all with you guys.

Weather cleared up at Bradenton on day 4 of Sick The Magazine then cruising over to the coast tonight on the way to Orlando.

Jason got the ole Chevy we wired a few weeks back all finished up and now we get to cruise it in Florida on . It drives amazing, can’t get a much better road trip rig than this!

When building wiring harnesses for 2000+hp race cars & mud trucks, one bad crimp can cause 10’s of thousands of dollars in damage if an injector or coil misfires, or a sensor reading is false.
Over the last 6 months we’ve invested well over $10k in hand tools alone to ensure that every single crimp is perfect and repeatable, strip lengths are consistent, splices dont fail….. all to make sure our harnesses are reliable for the long term.

This is a small selection of my favorite crimpers and dies that just give a perfect crimp every single time and as a tool nerd it makes me happy 🤓

I was just wrapping up this small harness and couldn’t help but share 😆

It’s crunch time on this one and we’re still waiting on a few things to make it through the storms on the UPS truck, but the harnesses are 95% done for the mega truck 🤙🏼

This is the main interior harness with about 190 connections that bring everything together from engine sensors, lights, pumps, rearsteer, kill switch, transmission, fans etc.

Not every application requires concentric twisting the harness, but for this one the added durability and flexibility it offers make it worth the extra effort.

Here is how we lay up a mess of 49 wires from 14 to 22AWG into a neat bundle that can be sheathed and sealed 👌🏼👌🏼

Our purchasing dept (🙋🏽‍♂️) missed ordering one of the bulkhead connectors for this job so I had to start without it and build in the reverse order that I would normally. It has proven to be a good learning experience 😂

Cranking away on this project because next week we leave for with the 65 K10 we finished up a few weeks ago and there are more projects waiting patiently when i get back!
