Priscilla worked hard to get her driving so as not to fail, Work those mirrors and steering like riding on a rail, But speed was going be a challenge, Rule No2 is know your speed and stay under! But thru the Test you drove like going to a Chadstone boxing day sale!
You did keep your speed in control, and focused on safety all the way. A very good But nervous (me) drive. Well done and keep things in Total Control on the roads!

The tester called you Alex to get started, No matter we didn't want to disagree, We took to the roads with an axe to grind, Picked your way around the course without a bind, Showing you are safe to drive and are now on the roads L-Free!

Tuesday was the day of reckoning for a guy named Nick, He put in some solid drives with me and in his own rig, Settle that mind to keep focussed, Nothing special just a little magic hocus pocus, Being safe is all that matters for you and your good habits did stick!

You are driving along and ahead the traffic lights are green. You are thinking:
A. Don't change, Don't change.
B. That Ute behind me (mirror check) is very close, if the lights change, I can't stop safely.
C. I will speed up a bit because I am running late.
D. What would mum/dad do..
E. If the lights change I will be stopping, but I know my spot that if they change, it would be too late to stop.

What is the correct use of your Indicators?
A. Only if cars are near you.
B. 3Secs before turning.
C. 5sces before moving away from a curb or stopped position.
D. Just so you can say you did it.
E. 3sces before changing lanes and until all wheels are in the lane you are moving to.
F. Use them every action as an on going habit.
As a parent your habits are copied by your child and become their normal.

As a supervising driver, what are you telling your Learner about speed?
A. Just keep up with cars.
B. Start slowing down when you get to the 40km work zone sign.
C. Always plan to be under the speed limit.
D. A little bit over is OK!
E. There are no workers, so ignore the 40km sign.
They watch what you do and this becomes their normal!

When driving holds a little fear deep inside, You need to be strong with a Rhinos hide, Knuckle down and practice you skills, So on the Test it is just doing the normal lesson drills, And come out the other side with your RED P's and a whole lot of pride.
