All rentals are subject to the U.S.V.I. Government Vehicle Rental Tax of $3.75 per day. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, whether your reservation was made via fax or phone. Unless you receive an email confirmation, you do not have a reservation. Please email us immediately at [email protected]! We strongly encourage you to reserve your vehicle as soon as you reserve your accommodations. You cannot reserve too early! For most of the year there are more visitors than available vehicles. Please email to check availability before faxing or emailing a reservation sheet.. Vehicle availability can change by the HOUR for much of the year. Please call, fax or email&scan your reservation request as soon as possible after checking availability to ensure your dates are still available. We have a 5 day minimum for reservations more than one month in advance. Westin Resort, Grande Bay and other guests arriving the day before vehicle pick up date and departing day after vehicle return date, please take note:

Vehicles are available starting at NOON on pick up day and are due back by NOON on return day. If an early vehicle pick up or late return is important to you, please plan on reserving starting the day before or returning the day after. Or reserve with an agency that requires a 9 or 10 AM return time. Do not expect a vehicle to be available prior to Noon. Please provide us with your STT flight arrival time so we may know when to expect you. We are open 9 am - 7 pm Mon - Sat. Sundays we are available for at our office only for vehicle pick ups so be sure we have your flight arrival information so we know when to expect you and your villa greeter contact info if applicable. Later arrivals are easily accommodated provided we have your expected arrival time and your villa greeter contact info. Unfortunately, our insurance does not allow us to rent to drivers under 25. Vehicles are for use on the island of St. Closed for vehicle pick up Dec. 25, Jan. 1, July 4 and Easter Sunday (April 20, 2014). Key drop available for returns.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) extended the security directive requiring masks on public transportation conveyances and in public transportation hubs through April 18, 2022. Operators of transportation hubs must require all persons to wear a mask when entering or on the premises of a transportation hub. A “transportation hub” means any airport, bus terminal, marina, seaport, or other port, subway station, terminal, train station, U.S. port of entry, or any other location that provides transportation.” More info: https://bit.ly/3JgYIel
