Due to the very poor management at Silent Yachts spending our money on other things than building our boat they declared bankruptcy earlier this year. The founder created a new company and acquired the assets including our boat and parts under very suspicious circumstances. The new company then forced the buyers like us to pay additional huge amounts of money or loose our boat. Since they already lost our money once it would be foolish to trust them again with more money. Especially since we believe they will go bankrupt again. They new company refuse us the right to our boat and parts that we paid for and claim it’s theirs. Scumbags.
