Westside Car Care is looking for a Service Advisor. The candidate must be motivated, energetic and love working with people. They also must be able to handle any situation that may arise.
The primary purpose of the service Advisor is to handle a high volume of vehicle repairs so that the work can flow smoothly throughout the shop.
Primary Daily Functions:
Sell repair work needed on customer’s cars
Write estimates for repairs
Order parts for customers
Keep tight control of incoming parts and parts to be returned
Handle customer pick-up and final repair order duties
Keep the technicians busy
Keep the customer waiting room and bathrooms cleaned and stocked
The Candidate must:
Love working with people and can easily communicate with them
Be energetic and friendly
Be able to read, write and speak fluent English
Be able to type 30+ words a minute
Have customer service skills
Be motivated
Be punctual
