Moorman's Body Shop has an immediate opening for (1) body shop helper position. We have a small shop setting that has large shop volume. This is the ideal shop to learn the industry and advance from within.

This is a position to start your career in auto body repair / painting and will be scheduled 40-45 hours per week. We offer competitive wages, matching 401k, paid vacation, and medical/dental/vision insurance available.

The responsibilities for this position are:

*Prepping vehicles for paint by sanding, taping, etc.

*Buffing and detailing vehicles after paint.

*Washing, waxing and detailing vehicle interior and exteriors

*Helping on projects and learning body repair and paint techniques / equipment.

*Keeping the shop clean and organized.

*Pick up / delivery parts as needed.

*Other duties as directed by shop manager.

Requirements:

*Attention to detail and quality focused.

*Valid driver's license with good driving history.

*Ability to lift 50 lbs.

*High school diploma or equivalent.

All aspects of body work and some paint prep. Looking for an “A/B” technicians as well as apprentice and helper positions. We are a small shop setting with large shop volume. The ability to work without constant supervision, self motivated and willingness to learn and be a team player is a must. We value training and are willing to pay for I-Car training. Sign on bonus available for current I-Car certifications and experience.

+ A minimum of 2+ years of experience.
+ ICar certification is a plus and compensated accordingly
+Combo body/paint experience a plus.
