This unit came all the way from Mexico and got a full overhaul here at Bespoke Custom Food Trailers and we didn’t just “fix it”… we rebuilt it to last.

We tore out the old aluminum flooring (because let’s be real, aluminum + chemicals = breakdown over time) and upgraded it to rubber coin flooring. Tough, long-lasting, easy to clean, and gives that clean, professional look every serious setup needs.

Walls and ceiling? Completely redone in stainless steel.
Why? Because when you’re running a real operation, you need materials that can handle heavy cleaning, daily use, and still look spotless. Stainless steel = durability, hygiene, and a sharp finish every time.

We also installed:
✔️ Brand new serving windows with screen mesh
✔️ Fully welded, rivet-less finish for a smooth, clean look
✔️ COMPLETE new water system no half work here

This food truck was built completely custom, tailored to exactly what our customer needed. We added extra counter space, installed sinks, modified shelving, and reworked the layout to create a smooth, open flow with plenty of room to move.

Our family business wouldn’t be where it is today without the love and support of our community. 🤍

Vinewood Mexican Bakery is my wife’s parents’ business, and they have been a huge part of our journey. Because of them, Bespoke Custom Food Trucks was able to grow and prosper. They believed in us, supported us, and showed up for us when we were just getting started.

Now they need our help. Their bakery has faced heartbreaking setbacks, and they’re working hard to rebuild what they’ve poured their hearts into for years. This is truly a family business, built with faith, love, and sacrifice and they deserve the community to rally behind them the way they’ve always done for others.
