Qualifications:
- Must be able to work full time (40 hrs/week)
- Must have valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Experience in the industry (preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work outside in varying weather conditions

Key Responsibilities
- Marine Detailing: Perform heavy oxidation removal, sanding, compounding, polishing, and waxing on boat hulls and topsides.
- Interior Marine Care: Clean, condition, and protect vinyl, leather, canvas, and gelcoat surfaces.
- Auto Detailing: Execute full interior and exterior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coating application on vehicles.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets strict company and client standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain detailing tools, rotaries, dual-action polishers, and chemical inventory.
