Meet the Owner: Part Three!

After years in the paintless dent repair industry, Hayes saw an opportunity to improve one of the tools technicians were using. He invented Pivot Tips in 2017.

Traditional tips attached to the end of a PDR tool in a fixed position, limiting the angle a technician could work from. Pivot Tips were designed to produce a flat pushing surface any angle. The tips move and adjust with the back of the panel, providing better contact with the metal and more control when applying pressure. This helps technicians work from different angles and distribute pressure more evenly, reducing the risk of creating high spots in the metal. Pivot tips help create a smoother repair!

Specialized lights and reflection boards help us get a better look at a dent. As the light reflects across the vehicle, the dent distorts the reflection, making it easier for us to see exactly what we're working with.
