S300G turbo rebuild for a ford van with a 12 valve in it and an s400 getting the goods with a new turbine shaft, turbine housing and 360* thrust kit.

2007.5-2012 6.7 cummins fleece cheetah turbo upgrade and fleece turbo drain.

Ordered for a customer that no longer wants to do on his truck so offering a special deal to someone. $3150.00 dollars for the turbo and drain with a good turbo core in exchange. Save money on shipping and taxes and wait time.

If a customer is interested in having us install this setup on their truck; installed and out the door for $3850.00 including a fresh oil change!

We don’t work on many fords here at Disturbed, but when we do we use quality parts! S&S disaster prevention kit and an OEM motorcraft crankcase ventilation filter on this 2015 F-350 dually!

Awesome LML duramax turbo we just finished up here in the shop for a customer! This one is a 64mm 6 blade compressor wheel and a 9 blade turbine wheel in a drop in application. Get with us for any and all turbocharger rebuilds or upgrades!

Happy Monday everyone! We are proud to announce we will be offering turbocharger repair and rebuilding here at Disturbed Diesel Performance! We have offered it for a while but will now be promoting it more!

Local businesses, individuals, hot shot drivers and sales shops purchase and sell turbochargers every day with expensive OEM manufacturer wait times or dealership markups while we strive for quick turn around times and quality rebuilding.

We will be doing stock rebuilds, billet wheel upgrades, larger wheel diameter drop in performance turbochargers and much more.

If you’ve got a turbocharger that has shaft play or oil seepage into your compressor or exhaust housing, text us or message here on our business page for a quote and expected turnaround time now.

(We still do repair and upgrade work here in the shop, hopefully soon we can expand our team of employees to offer turbocharger removal and installation in the same quick turnaround time we do rebuilds at. Current scheduling time for repair and maintenance work is around 2 weeks.)

LMM Duramax came in for a new coolant temperature sensor along with some sweet autometer gauges and an Edge CTS3 screen to monitor all the vitals of the engine and transmission!

Been absolutely slammed in the shop here lately so apologies for lack of responses!

Some of the things we’ve knocked out and I have remembered to take pictures of over the past few weeks.

5th gen ram Banks grid heater delete and cold air intake
12 vakve cummins engine replacement courtesy of D&J performance out of ohio for a quick turnaround for the customer
Working on tear down and installation of a 12 Valve cummins/nv4500 combination in a 1978 Ford F-250 sitting on some 37s
High performance 12 valve cummins engine build complete with in house blueprinting and assembly.

Plenty more getting done and returned to happy customers but in the midst of everything i forget to take pictures.

Customer came in with complaint of no power in 2nd gear; adjusted the 2nd gear band and found to be not much adjustment left indicating a heavily worn 2nd gear band inside the transmission. Noticed some leaky transmission lines as well so got it in for a whole new set of braided AN transmission lines and a new slip in 2nd gear band in the transmission and this clean 3rd gen is back on the road for another long while.
