The Good Lord moves in mysterious ways…..🙏🙏
With permission I’m copying this post from Ms Reed. Who gave her the 1st diagnosis and price for transmission repair? I really don’t know and wouldn’t say if I did, but God bless her friend and Son who were willing to help her, and the soon to be mother-in-law, Sherry Anderson at CRS Auto Sales in Clay City who called us at Cobra Transmissions, Inc. in Wi******er for the 2nd opinion on transmission issues, which it had no issues but had a engine miss, and Cobra’s friend, Mike Havens at 5 Star Exhaust and Auto Repair in Wi******er who reset engine parameters to fix her issues.
We are so very happy we had a hand in the correct diagnosis or her vehicle.
Things like this is what keeps me from not retiring. Just click below to see her post

Do you own a 2005 or later GM product? Do you know what AFM or DFM means?

AFM (Active Fuel Management) and DFM (Dynamic Fuel Management) are General Motors cylinder deactivation technologies designed to improve fuel economy by disabling half or more of the engine's cylinders during light-load driving. While AFM shuts off fixed cylinders (usually V4 mode in V8s), DFM is a more advanced system capable of using 17 different firing patterns for smoother, more efficient, and varied cylinder deactivation.

This is killing your lifters in your engine and can cost thousands to repair. If you would like to do away with this give us a call. 859-745-1211
Also ask about delaying your lock up converters clutch engagement to a higher road speed to prolong the life of your transmission. What about your car dying at stop lights? Ask about turning off Auto Start/Stop technology too.
We got you covered. Price depends on model year.
