Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Part-Time Towing Dispatcher to join our team in Wilton, NY. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service calls, coordinate driver routes, and ensure smooth daily operations during morning peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming customer, law enforcement, and commercial calls promptly and professionally.
Dispatching: Assign, route, and dispatch drivers efficiently using TowBook dispatch software.
Billing & Data Entry: Process basic invoicing, log call details accurately, and handle routine paperwork/billing.
Coordination: Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and management to resolve service delays or operational issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Multitasking & Organization: Ability to manage high call volume, driver schedules, and administrative tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
Phone & Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a calm, professional, and patient phone demeanor.
Team Player: Positive attitude and a strong commitment to supporting fellow dispatchers and drivers.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with TowBook or similar dispatching software is a plus, though basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn are required.
Schedule & Hours
Shift: Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Days: Monday through Friday (25 hours/week)
