Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Volta Trucks. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing technical support to customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing customer accounts and orders
- Providing sales support to customers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work from home
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
