2015 Subaru Outback that was having transmission shifting issues and a check engine light with numerous other lights on in the dash. This customer was quoted over $2000 to replace the entire valve body in the transmission. The customer agreed to have me do a real Diagnostic on the vehicle and not just throw a part on it and he saved alot of ๐Ÿ’ต. I found a broken ground wire in the valve body and replaced one shift solenoid at a fraction of the cost. The moral to this story is that if you let a qualified technician diagnose your care instead of just "doing what the computer says" you can save alot in the end. Big shout out to Kure Beach Police Department for all they do to keep the town safe. This one had a common failure with the oil cooler that created a huge oil leak.
