Joel R. brought his 2009 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide into Twin Cities H-D in Lakeville, MN after it started hard starting when hot, with a grinding noise.

When the team got into it, they found the compensator spring pack worn out and the stator leaking — they replaced the compensator sprocket kit, the 3-phase stator, and the primary cover gasket to get it starting and running smooth again.

Total paid claim: $1,845.60!

The team found the ABS module throwing the CAN-bus fault, a failed AC compressor, and a bad boot switch — all diagnosed, replaced, and back in working order.
