Q1: Are you a mobile mechanic?
A1: Yes we can perform on site diagnostics and some vehicle repairs! Some problems cannot be repaired outside the shop.
Q2: What separates you from other automotive shops/ dealerships?
A2: Here at Wrenchin Automotive we pride ourselves in how we base our services and communication on a personal level, than just merely out to collect money from customers. Us at Wrenchin Automotive want to ensure that EVERYONE is treated fairly, at an affordable price, and an expert level of cleanliness and repairs. We do not believe in charging our customers an arm and leg, and all repairs will be withheld to the utmost expectations. At Wrenchin Automotive we expect our customers to leave with their vehicle more satisfied then when they first originally came in for services.
Q3: How fast can I expect my vehicle back in my possession?
A3: Depends on the type of repair. However, the average time for big repairs is anywhere between 24-48 hrs. after the initial diagnostic time. That makes Wrenchin Automotive faster than any other local automotive repair company and/or dealership. Here at Wrenchin Automotive you can expect your vehicle to be fixed right the first time.
Q4: Do you offer oil changes and smaller services needed?
A4: Absolutely! At Wrenchin Automotive we strongly believe there is NO job to big or small for automotive services.
Q5: Can you restore my headlights?
A5: Yes, we can! Us, here at Wrenchin Automotive we offer a professional headlight restoration for your headlights that will have ‘em looking as good as new.
Q6: How many years of experience have you had in this industry?
A6: 20+ years of experience working on any and every brand of vehicle old and new.
Q7: Will you ever put parts on my vehicle that’s not needed resulting in an outrageous bill?
A7: Absolutely NOT! Here at Wrenchin Automotive we believe in taking in the customers concern and properly diagnosing the vehicle to ensure the vehicle is repaired properly the first time. In addition, Wrenchin Automotive will seek and require the customers pre-approval before any additional diagnostic time or repair time will be performed. Customers will NEVER have a mystery bill with Wrenchin Automotive.
Q8: How will you quote a repair?
A8: All jobs are quoted based on a flat rate time as well as, what parts are going for in the market.
Q9: Is my vehicle safe with Wrenchin Automotive?
A9: Of course! Vehicles are always parked in a secured location and keys are locked up in a lock box that only I have the key to.
Q10: Does Wrenchin Automotive do after market and/or performance-oriented work?
A10: Absolutely! Everything from car audio, electronics, lighting, and any and all performance options can be done at Wrenchin Automotive.
Q11: What if I can not afford my repair once I have already preapproved it?
A11: That’s no problem, we are flexible. However, after 10 business days you will acquire late charges of $5 a day. If the vehicle is still in Wrenchin Automotives possession for another 10 business days, you will then acquire a storage fee of an additional $5 combined with the daily late fee charge.
Q12: How can I pay?
A12: Payments will ONLY be accepted by cash or card via square. Sorry no checks, no money orders, and no IOUs.
