The water's warm. The bay is empty. That's Locals Summer.

September is the best-kept secret in Ocean City. The crowds are gone, the water is as warm as it's been all year, and the bay is yours from the Rt 90 bridge down to the Assateague ponies (spotted from the boat, right where they should be).

Fewer boats at the sandbar, glassy water in the mornings, more wildlife than any other month, and open bays as far as you want to run. Now add $50 to $100 off every pontoon rental, a bonus 30 minutes on the clock, a free fishing or crabbing add-on, and $50 tube rentals (add them when you book).
