A Ford Escape was brought in for repair following a hit-and-run accident; inspection revealed damage to the upper trailing arm, which was bent, and its bolt mounting was affected. Both rear arms were replaced, and the vehicle was returned to service; due to the urgent nature of the job, photographic documentation was not obtained.

05 Chevy Malibu came in with fluid under the car. Customer said they checked everything. Over the phone, I thought it might be the A/C. When it arrived, everything looked fine. Coolant level was full, but they admitted to adding coolant before, saying the car gets low sometimes. While running, the car had coolant leaking from the passenger front frame rail, running back to the passenger seat area. The water pump had failed.

Nissan vehicle pulled in with a loud exhaust problem. Upon inspection, we found the rear bolts had broken off. We used heat to remove the old bolts and reassembled the system with new ones and gaskets. Customer satisfaction guaranteed.

The 2015 Chevrolet 3500 was experiencing reduced braking power due to contaminated brake fluid, which was discovered to have high moisture content and significant dirt buildup. An internal leak in the master cylinder was also identified, affecting the hydro-boost system. Additionally, the customer reported intermittent issues with power steering functionality. A comprehensive brake and power steering overhaul was performed, replacing pumps, lines, pads, and rotors. The truck now brakes effectively and is safe to operate, meeting the required standards. The customer is satisfied with the timely completion of the repairs, enabling them to enjoy the upcoming boating season without concern. Thank you!!!!

We've had no issues with customer-supplied parts. The Honda Odyssey required a chip installation, pads and Rotors all the way around and rear shocks. It's surprising how often the cabin air filter gets overlooked, despite being a crucial factor in indoor air quality and being both affordable and easy to replace.

Maintenance was recently performed on this Toro Dingo, highlighting that most necessary jobs are straightforward but easily overlooked. Regular maintenance such as cleaning the radiator and conducting daily checks is vital. Had these practices been followed, this issue might have been resolved sooner. Nonetheless, the Dingo has returned to full operation and the experience serves as a learning opportunity.
