I’m gonna brag a little bit on Carl, because this is just more proof that he takes pride in what he does and he truly does care about his customers.
A repeat customer had bought a jeep from a dealership and wanted Carl to check it out.
After looking thoroughly through it and under it, he found a couple of items that needed some attention. He told and showed the customer so that the customer can take it back to the dealership because it is literally still under warranty. 

 If your vehicle is making a weird noise, doing something that just don’t feel right, or you just want a pair of experienced eyes to check it out you know who to call.
