Another custom build going out!

These needed to be 2” primaries and have similar fitment to his existing 1-7/8”. I also needed to keep them low and close to the engine, while not going much wider because of the vehicle they are in. But still needed to clear his 2” tall valve covers. All while being 2000 miles away!

Something different and fun to build! This set is already claimed and going onto a bad@ss build, but I will be doing another set to match.

I’ve worked closely with a few smart people, sharing thoughts and ideas, running through simulators, and reviewing data on similar builds to come up with these.
Some refer to them as “Triple Step” even though they step up twice…but its 1-7/8” to 2” to 2-1/8” primaries and 3-1/2” collectors.

These are built for a LT in a 3rd gen Nova, clear power steering and have excellent plug access! Recommended for larger cubic inch or healthy LT engines trying to maximize all the performance. Again, this set is sold, but another set is being built to match right now.
Built around a factory 3rd gen Nova subrame using SBC frame stands (3955183 and 3955184), SBC solid engine mounts (62500) and LT adapter plates using the holes placing the engine 7/16” forward of a SBC. Basically the same layout I use for my LS stuff. ***ALL OF THE MOUNTS WILL BE INCLUDED***

They are built using ShearerFab CNC header flanges, 16 gauge 304 stainless primaries and male/female locating v-band assemblies. 1-7/8” to 2” to 2-1/8” primaries and 3-1/2” collectors.


$3500 for the headers and motor mounts.

UNIVERSAL up/forward BBC headers. They can also be used up/back for the boat crowd!

These are built from 16 gauge 304 stainless. They have 2-1/8” primaries 3” collectors, 3/8” thick stainless header flanges and male/female locating Vband assemblies.

Again, these are universal. I’m happy to get whatever measurements you need to help determine fitment. But asking “Will it fit ###X” or “Will it fit ZZZZ”…. I don’t know. If you want vehicle specific headers built, I will need the vehicle here.


This set is $1800 and will not be something I normally keep on the shelf. After this set, they will be built as ordered.
