This customer previously had his truck ceramic coated elsewhere. By their description they had a less than ideal experience. (No Iām not here to bash, never will. All businesses miss the mark now and again)

They had a poor taste in their mouth about ceramic coatings following that experience. After inspection, What was meant to be just a maintenance, clearly needed more.

As most reasonable people would, he didnāt want to pay to get it ceramic coated again. Even though there was no use in maintaining this one. So we had some time to kill and got him hooked up at a phenomenal rate to do a level 1 correction + coating.

No, we didnāt make a dime, but we helped guide someone to the protection they needed, change their opinion on ceramic coatings as well as our industry and created a relationship for good.

This relationship, better yet friendship, has already shown its benefit by many referrals and even wrapping his personal boat.

Sometimes just doing the right thing even if it means loosing a couple bucks is worth it.
