The Salvation Army of East Texas has had to start charging homeless people $1.00 for a meal. They said there is not enough funding to feed all the people in need for free anymore. Here is a way you can help! Eat at On The Boarder tomorrow (Tuesday, March 15th) Lunch or Dinner but make sure to say Salvation Army!
