Build more than a boat. Build a career—and some of the finest custom sportfishing yachts in the world.

Weaver Boat Works is hiring skilled craftspeople and tradespeople to join our team in Deale, Maryland. All trades related to boatbuilding are encouraged to apply, with an immediate need for:

• Carpenters and woodworkers
• Marine electricians
• Plumbers and mechanical trades
• Finish carpenters and cabinetmakers
• Painters and finishers
• General boatbuilding trades

We offer year-round, full-time employment—not seasonal work. Full-time employees receive paid vacation, paid sick leave, and a company match toward health insurance.

You’ll work inside a heated boatbuilding facility during the winter while helping create exceptional custom yachts from the ground up.

If you take pride in skilled, hands-on work and want to see your craftsmanship become part of something truly extraordinary, we want to hear from you.

Previous boatbuilding experience is welcome, but experience in related construction and skilled trades is also valuable.
