2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7L HEMI 4WD

Diagnosing why it sounds like the driveshaft/rear end wants to come through the floorboard. Chrysler puts heatshields down the middle and directs the dual exhaust system down the same path.
While under the vehicle, noticed one of the mufflers has a broken exhaust clamp.

Upon diagnostics alternator bad.
Coolant reservoir empty.

R&R alternator
Added antifreeze

Customer complaint:
Drove to storage unit and not it will not start again. Please fix as well as the belt and tensioner that was recommended last time.

Diagnostics:
Battery, relays, fuses, neutral safety switch all good.
Front end squeaking and mounts feel like they have play when placing in gear or accelerating/braking.
Recommended replacement of engine/transmission mounts as they have play in them, lower control arms, and sway bar links are worn out (no grease) and making a lot of noise.

R&R starter (failed starter)
R&R broken belt tensioner
R&R drive belt.

2020 Chevrolet Trax

Customer complaint:
Ran hot a few times on me and I don't know why. Pulled over each time to let it cool until I made it home.

Upon inspection, noticed belt was missing. Showed customer what was left of the belt but need to do further diagnostics to see what caused the belt to break. Customer set appointment for diagnostics. Found the source.

Gave customer the estimate, approved it and repairs made.
R&R belt tensioner assembly and installed new belt. Test drove the vehicle and all is well.
