-At least 2 yrs experience in repoing or towing.
-Valid Drivers License
-Motivation to work
-Clean driving record
-At least 25 years old.
-Ability to work well with others
-Responsible
-Show up to work on time
-Able to work without constant supervision

-Inability to take care of equipment
-Likes to start drama
-Can’t follow procedures correctly

-Like to take off days to stay home.
