"Can you do it for less?" 🤔
Sometimes, there's room.
Sometimes, that "little bit less" comes straight out of the hands doing the work.
The materials don't get cheaper.
The preparation doesn't take fewer hours.
The bills waiting at home don't shrink.
The person doing the job simply earns less.
And when you're already quoting honestly, that's a hard place to keep giving from…
You see the finished paint.
We see everything it took to get there.
The sanding. The repairs. The careful preparation. The decades spent learning what works, what fails, and what you cannot afford to skip.
There's a person behind that price. Someone whose back hurts. Someone still answering calls after dinner. Someone trying to buy groceries, pay the bills, and have a little life left after earning a living.
We understand wanting your money to go further.
We're trying to make ours go further too.
But somewhere along the way, we started celebrating how far we could talk someone down without asking what it cost them. 😔
An honest quote deserves an honest conversation. If the budget is smaller, let's talk about a smaller job.
Good people should be able to do good work and go home with enough to live on.
🫡 To everyone who works with their hands and struggles to put a price on their own worth: your care counts. Your experience counts. The hours nobody sees still count.
And to the customers who respect that, thank you. 🙏🏼 You help keep honest craftsmanship alive.
Honest work. Done right.
