INTAKE INTEREST: The "Green Mushroom High Flow Air Filter" came in for the 1995 VW Golf MK3 2.0L, and while the wait is still on for the "Red Cold Air Short Ram Pipe" to come in, fitting and portotype testing of the filter application has began. COMING UP: A 1997 VW Golf MK3 Trek Edition 2.0L

THINGS GETTING WRENCHED:
-The shifter boot has fallen down and needs to be resecured.
-The stick shifter itself is loose and needs new bushings.
-An oil change and oil filter are defintiely musts in the mix.
-Belts will be conditioned and need tightening.
-The suspension needs to be tuned, as the prior owner has installed sports struts with performance shocks, but has tuned the car way too low for daily commute maneuvering and comfortability, the car tires are rubbing into wheel wells and we can't have that.
-Radiator fans are not kicking on but the water pump is working, a new fan switch will be installed, and that should solve the problem, coupled with a radiator flush and fresh fluids.

***We'll have more updates as we get further under the hood and begin to bring this Golf back to a furious stance that will be fast and smooth on the streets.***
