Responsibilities:

Working the Parts Counter for Retail and Wholesale parts sales
Looking up and fulfilling parts requests from our Technicians
Dispatching parts to Technicians
Assisting all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic product and dealership information.
Communicating with Technicians, Managers, and Service Writer's to take care of customers in a timely matter
Stocking in parts inventory and assisting Parts Manager with maintaining accurate inventory figures
Billing out sold parts accurately and efficiently
Handling Part Returns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience of parts sales experience is highly preferred
Thorough knowledge of computer inventory control systems
Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
Strong organization skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and a solution-focused outlook
Resourceful, collaborative team player with the ability to also thrive independently
Professional presentation and emotional maturity represent the company favorably
Strong personal conviction of producing quality work, being an integrated team player, and commitment to company values

Tired of working night shift? We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. We are a Union shop with up to 40.66 per hour includes benefits. Responsibilities and Duties include Engine Diagnostics for Hino, Isuzu and Mitsubishi Fuso, service work, engine exchanges along with transmission replacement. EOE

We are looking for an experienced reliable parts driver to join our team. Duties include delivering part orders to other shops, picking up parts needed for our shop, stocking shelves in our warehouse, and cleaning. Must have at least a Class E license or CDL.
