When your trucks work overnight, waiting days for a repair isn’t really an option.
Our customer called us about one of their trucks running rough and dying under acceleration. This crew does a ton of overnight highway work, so getting their trucks back up and running in a timely manner is important.
We worked directly with their shop on this one. We dispatched out, ran diagnostics, and found a bad injector.
We sourced OEM parts and were able to be back out the following morning to complete the repair.
After replacing the injector, the truck was running better but was still low on power. Instead of calling it good and sending it back to work, we continued diagnosing and found additional repairs that needed to be addressed.
We communicated everything we found directly with their shop, worked together to get the final repairs completed, and this truck is officially back on the road and back to work.
This is a big part of what we do. We can work directly with your shop and your mechanics to help diagnose problems, complete repairs, or simply provide the extra help needed to keep your fleet moving.
Downtime costs money. Our goal is to diagnose it correctly, communicate what we find, and get the repair completed as efficiently as possible. 🔧
