WE ARE HIRING!

Position: Technician / Mechanic

General Purpose: An ATV/UTV Technician/Mechanic must be able to inspect overall condition, diagnose, adjust, repair, and/or overhaul ATV/UTV vehicles.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Listen to engines, examine vehicles frame, diagnose and confer with customers to determine nature and extent of malfunction
Observe equipment in operation and by running diagnostic tests to detect potential problems
Replace defective parts using hand or power tools
Dismantle engines and repair or replace defective parts
Building and assembling machines or mechanical components according to requirements
Adjust vehicle components according to specs
Mount, balance, and change tires • Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Troubleshoot reported problems and repair in timely manner
Key Competencies:

Ability to apply complex problem solving
Ability to apply critical thinking
Ability to apply common sense and understanding how to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form
Ability to use industry-based computer software and various types of diagnostic equipment
Ability to write diagnosis and work completed on routine reports and correspondence Analytical Possesses troubleshooting skills
Ability to evaluate Electric diagnostic
Must Work Hours Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM Closed Saturday and Sunday

Salary: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
