EcoPunch™ is a state-of-the-art needling technology for reuse of manufacturing trim waste in textile wheel arch liners, trunk system and underbody products. EcoPunch™ is a key enabler of our ambition to achieve zero manufacturing waste as it processes a high percentage of recycled raw materials to produce composite layered blended products in a single pass.

EcoPunchTM™ enables us to convert 1,300 tons of waste from landfill waste into new automotive products annually, avoiding an estimated 120.5 tCO₂e of emissions each year. This reduction represents roughly 8% of our current Scope 3, Category 5 Waste Generated in operations, demonstrating how circular solutions can drive measurable climate impact.

Auria proudly offers a dynamic internship program designed to support and inspire the next generation of talent. This summer, we welcomed interns at our Southfield, MI, and Old Fort & Albemarle, NC locations.

To cap off the semester, the group recently presented their summer projects to the Executive Leadership and Operations teams, showcasing the meaningful contributions they’ve made throughout their time with the company.

In addition to their work assignments, each intern participated in a community outreach initiative, demonstrating Auria’s commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work. The team supported Michigan-based nonprofit the Judson Center, and North Carolina-based organizations Fishers of Men and the Stanly Community Christian Ministry.

While safety remains a daily priority across all Auria plants and offices globally, each year we dedicate a full week at our North American plants to highlight the everyday actions that help create a safe workplace for everyone.

As part of this year’s Safety Week, all employees were issued a Safety Passport, which they could get stamped each day when they engaged with a designated safety-related activity at their location. Each plant also organized team activities, giving employees the opportunity to win prizes while reinforcing their commitment to workplace safety.

Thank you to the entire Auria team for maintaining the rigorous safety standards we have set for ourselves and our colleagues, and for committing to continuously improve the safety of our manufacturing and office environments.

Auria’s Intercept EV Encapsulation™ is a unique and customizable acoustic solution that isolates and silences undesirable noises emanating from the electric powertrain using EV Encapsulations with a hydrophobic and absorptive Polyurethane foam system.

This component-level solution offers multiple mounting methods and acts in concert with an EV’s system acoustics to eliminate noises unique to the electric propulsion system thereby ensuring a quiet and comfortable driving experience. The Intercept™ shielding system also protects occupants and critical electronic systems from electromagnetic interference.

Congratulations to our Querétaro facilities for being honored by the Mexican Government for being among the Top 1.5% of Safety Programs in the State of Queretaro.

Out of over 2,900 manufacturing sites in the State, they’ve earned a spot among the top 43 safety programs, a true testament to their commitment to a safe workplace.

We commend the teams at both of our Querétaro facilities for building a safe, healthy workplace and continuing to raise the bar for safety standards!

The future of mobility was on full display at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show last week, where our commercial and innovation leaders were busy exploring emerging advancements and evaluating opportunities to bring these innovations to our European and North American applications.

The staggering scope of the show featured 1,451 vehicles in 17 halls across 4.1 million square feet (380,000 sq m) of exhibition space at two venues.
