Had 2 carts get impounded in DT orlando this weekend for the big rollingloudorlando event! No big deal but the renters of course ghosted us leaving us stuck w the bill. We also never have had this issue and the tow company made us jump through some hoops to show proof of ownership! So we’ll be changing things up a little bit for events in orlando and also we will have everything better documented for when this happens again!

Unfortunately we had a 1 off mishap no fault of anyone BUT when it comes to lithium the biggest question out there is well what about warranty and customer service?!? Will they be there to help and answer questions?!? I’m here to tell you skunkworks is second to none! They were baffled as I was at first but without question they took care of got the customer a new battery built within the week and delivered and we got it swapped it!
