ABOUT THE LANDLORDS: Mark and Denise have lived in Summit County (in this home) since 1999. They've raised three kids and are currently loving the freedom of empty nesting. They love to take advantage of everything Summit County has to offer - skiing, hiking, kayaking, side x side riding, and exploring local restaurants and breweries. Mark owns a business in Silverthorne and Denise works at Howard Head in Frisco. They're looking for someone who is a clear communicator, can pay their rent on time (Venmo ok), and appreciates their beautiful home. Previous renters have enjoyed having their own space while knowing that there are friendly faces upstairs that don't mind sharing the occasional beer or glass of wine.

Rent is $2,495/mo. for single occupancy, $2,650/month for 2 person occupancy:
Required at signing: First and last month's rent and $1500 security deposit.
