Yesterday was our first anniversary! It was 1 year ago yesterday that we filed the LLC paperwork to form our company. We've come a long way in a year! We've invested a lot of money in tools, equipment, and inventory. A large chunk of that was spent on computer equipment and software to be able to work on newer equipment. We have programs for 3/4 ton pickups on up. Over the road trucks ,construction equipment, agricultural equipment, stationary engines and generators mining equipment. We have a service truck with a welder air compressor, a crane , and just about any tool we could need. We can repair or service your equipment in the field or at our shop in Georgetown Colorado. Today is Joe's 13th birthday. He got a multi process welder. Flux core, stick, and tig. He also got some flux core wire, a welding helmet, welding gloves, and 13 swats on the butt. Jenn and I took a day off to help him celebrate becoming a teenager. He's welding pretty good for his age!

We are in McEwen Oregon finishing up the boiler work on #19. Making good progress. Hoping to be ready to fill the boiler on Monday and do a hydro. Joe is learning to weld. Built himself a basket for his bicycle. He's getting to be quite the craftsman. Learning a lot about mechanics too.

JSJ Railroad and Industrial Contractors is on our way to the Sumpter Valley Railroad in McEwen Oregon to finish the boiler work on 19. Sorry to our family in Rock Springs, we didn't have time to visit this time. We'll catch you on the way home.

We are a small family owned and operated business. We do mechanic work, welding and fabrication, machining, restoration, and consulting.

We can work at our shop, your shop, or out in the field.
We have a service truck fully loaded with all the tools needed, including an air compressor, a 300 amp stick welder, mig or flux core welder. Cutting and heating torch, and a 6,000 pound crane.
We have computer diagnostic equipment for trucks 3/4 ton and up, semi trucks, construction equipment, Industrial and Stationary equipment. It's kept up to date, and always with us.
Our welders are certified pressure vessel welders for welding on steam boilers. Between the 2 of us there is close to 60 years of combined experience.
We are fully insured
IN THE NEAR FUTURE FOR JSJ Railroad and Industrial Contractors LLC:
We are working through the process of getting R-Stamp certified for boiler repair
We have purchased 2 tow trucks, 1 medium duty and 1 heavy tow truck. In a few weeks we will have them ready to go. We are working on them now. Installing new winch cables, more work lights, doing maintenance on them, making sure that they are fully equipped safe to work, and working through the process of getting them registered and licensed.
We are here and ready to assist you with any mechanical, welding, fabrication, machinig, and soon Towing needs! We will travel anywhere. We already do work in clear creek county, grand county, Estes Park, Ft Collins, Evanston Wyoming, and Sumpter Oregon.
