Happy Thanksgiving from Data46! This has been our best year yet, we were so busy and got to work with so many wonderful teams and drivers, we couldn't have done it without you! To all of our supporters, you are what we are thankful for today!

We want to congratulate Deaf Power Racing who this past weekend was able to complete the entire 1000 Miles of Thunderhill without incident. We at .racing spent the past month helping them complete a 1.8 VVT engine swap in their 1997 Miata and while we couldnt be at the track with them we were thrilled to hear that everything went off without a hitch. Here's to many more races like that! If you need help building your race car, whether it's mechanics or installing a data system we can be the people to help get you on track and driving faster! Now it's time to put in some work on the sim!

Last weekend we worked with in series at doing everything from team management to driver coaching for a team of drivers with years of experience to drivers who had never been on track before. This is a great representation of everything we are capable of at Data46, and while car troubles meant the team was out of contention for a podium finish, they finished the race and everyone walked away with a smile and wanting to race again. For a series like Lucky Dog that was the best result we could have hoped for, and we are proud that we were part of that successful result.
After Action Racing is a great program that helps EOD veterans return to civilian life and continue to feel like part of a team even after leaving the service. We are thankful to each person that will go through that team and all of our veterans for the work they do so that we can go racing, but even more impressive was to see these people in action in person. We want to thank Daryl Hornbeck, the owner of AAR for giving us the opportunity to join his efforts and we look forward to working with them in the future as they bring on even more veterans.

As the Covid-19 Vaccine is rolled out, we encourage everyone getting one to look for the perfect racing line while waiting in the queue, and then tell us how many of those apexes you hit. If you keep track of which ones were early apexes and which were late apexes you get bonus points. There's not much else to do and racing line visualization doesn't stop off the track!

We are deeply saddened by the news which rocked the motorsport world today that Sabine Schmitz, affectionately known as the "Queen of the Nurburgring" passed away earlier yesterday after a battle with cancer at the age of 51. Considering not even 10 days ago was International Women's Day this hits in a particularly hard way because she was no doubt a powerful figure in the world of motorsports and an inspiration to young women everywhere to get involved with motorsports. Her talent behind the wheel and charisma outside the cockpit will absolutely be missed. This also takes a toll after the passing earlier this weekend of legendary F1 commentator Murray Walker at the age of 97. May both Sabine and Murray rest in peace, and for Sabine to enjoy one last perfect eternal lap around the 'Ring.
