Our SRT4 billet intake manifold runner sections getting the inside finish pass on the UMC 750. We are using a steep and shallow toolpath in to make the simultaneous 5 axis cut. Tool is a 1/2” lollipop mill which helps with the undercutting on these curved runners.

This was a customer special request to engrave the logo after anodizing so that it stands out. We definitely like it! Normally our drag plenums are all engraved during machining as only a small percentage end up anodized.
