🚐 VDUBs in the Village

Registration for event parking opens this Saturday, March 21 at 12 Noon.

Last year the Premium parking spots sold out in under 3 minutes, so be ready if you want to grab one.

Registration will be available on the website:
VDUBlicious.com

For the event, Capitola Village will be closed to through traffic, allowing the streets to fill with classic Volkswagens throughout the Village.

We’re excited to bring the event back and can’t wait to see everyone there.

🚐 Wharf Invasion Update 🌊

We’ve been rolling with the City of Santa Cruz to help Wharf Invasion grow bigger and better every year.

This time around, we were handed fewer spots than before—kind of a bummer. But after tossing around a bunch of ideas, we’ve landed on a plan that keeps the show chill, fun, and within our permit guidelines so we can keep cruising the Wharf for years to come.

Throwing down in such an iconic spot means working side by side with the city and local businesses to make sure they benefit from the energy and excitement we bring to the Wharf. If they’re stoked, we get to keep bringing our bugs, buses, and good vibes back year after year.

Looking ahead, we’ll keep pitching ideas to make Wharf Invasion even bigger and eventually bring back all generations of VWs. But this year, the spotlight’s on the OGs—1967 and earlier rides.

💥 Huge shoutout to our amazing VW family—you’re the reason this invasion is such a blast every year. Can’t wait to see those rides lined up and the vibes flowing on the Wharf again!

VDUBlicious has been invited to showcase up to 50 Vintage Volkswagens right in the heart of this year’s event on Saturday, August 23rd!

🚘 Free to park and attend – just register through our free sign-up link at VDUBlicious.com

• Arrival: 10:30 – 11:00 AM
• Event ends: ~7:00 PM
• Saturday only
• Limited to 50 Volkswagens (air-cooled, all years welcome!)

“VDUBs in the Village” an air-cooled VW event taking place in the Capitola Villiage. Capitola Village is a small seaside village that is located steps from the sand in Capitola, Ca. We have reserved the village for the day to accommodate over 200 vintage Volkswagens to park throughout the streets of the village.
