EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. [Required] Possession of OUPV (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel) Six-Pack” inland or near coastal for commercial operation.
2. Graduation from a standard high school
3. Some experience in boat operation and water sports (wakesurfing & wakeboarding preferred)
4. Candidates should have experience, but it is not the most important factor. We are ready to work with young drivers and improve their skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Some knowledge of the practices of seamanship, including navigation, tide movements, marine safety, and boat operations.
2. Some knowledge of weather as its changes affect the operation.
3. Ability to react quickly in emergencies.
4. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

1. Provide wakeboard, and wakesurf instruction in a fun, enthusiastic and professional environment

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Direct safety operations in emergency situations.
2. Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule including weekends.
3. Follow safety procedures in order to ensure the protection of passengers, equipment, and vessels.
4. Maintain desired courses, using electronic navigational aids.
5. Operate engine throttles and steering mechanisms in order to guide boats on desired courses.
6. Secure boats to docks with mooring lines, and cast off lines to enable departure.
7. Perform related work as required.
