Sometimes I think if a business gets too big, it just can’t take care of its community anymore. There’s a sweet spot, and Automotive Brake and Clutch hits it. They have the infrastructure to provide solid support to their customers, and they’ve grown since their start in the 1980s. But they’re small enough to remember their roots.
