Thank you to all who made it to the book launch class! Even though it was rocky and the music didn't want to work, I realized everything went as it should have... I learned some very valuable lessons from it... Some technical, some personal. Thank you Goddesses for being a witness to my vulnerability, and help in my recovery from perfection. Love to you all!

So happy to be a part of the Qoya book launch week. I will be hosting a special 1 1/2 hour class Saturday February 20th at 4pm at Sanctuary Day Spa/Metro Gym and Fitness Gateway Mall. A call out to all my ladies who are looking for a new way to remember who they truly are through movement! I'm extremely excited to share my love for Qoya, my new favorite moving meditation! This is for everyone, not just those who are comfortable moving in their bodies. There's no way to do it wrong and the way you know you're doing it right, is that it feels good. Let the healing power of music course through your veins, letting your body move in the way it wants to to bring forth your truth. I'm looking for a space currently to teach, but if you're interested until then, if anyone is willing to offer up their yard or living room, that would be amazing! Also, we can do group classes of friends of your choosing! Text me if this sounds like your flavor of healing! Or even if it doesn't!💓💓💓
