💙🖤 WHY CHOOSE A SMALL SHOP?
I snapped this picture today without either of them paying attention to me, and looking at it afterward felt like the perfect picture of what this little business is becoming.
We've talked a lot lately about how much Dinsmore Auto Solutions is growing...
More vehicles in the driveway. A schedule that stays full. A new employee. More followers here on Facebook.
And we're incredibly grateful for every bit of it.
But there's a side of owning a small business that you don't always see in a Facebook post.
Dinsmore Auto Solutions isn't backed by a corporation. There isn't a big company somewhere making sure the bills get paid or the next paycheck clears.
It's us.
It's Kody spending long days in the shop, coming inside filthy and exhausted, and still talking about the vehicle he needs to finish tomorrow.
It's me behind the scenes answering messages, sending invoices, ordering things, keeping up with the books, making posts, planning how we grow, and occasionally reminding Kody that paperwork does, in fact, exist. 😂
It's looking at a driveway full of vehicles and feeling incredibly blessed to be busy… while also wondering how in the world we're going to get everything done.
It's taking chances when you're not entirely sure you're ready.
And recently, one of those chances was Joe.
For a long time, DAS was just us. Our little family trying to build something that could support our home and become something we were proud of.
Now, when you choose Dinsmore Auto Solutions, you're helping us do something we honestly don't take lightly:
You're helping this little shop support TWO local families.
That's huge to us.
When you pay an invoice here, you're not helping some corporation hit its quarterly numbers.
You're helping put groceries in someone's refrigerator.
You're helping pay an electric bill.
You're helping raise kids.
You're helping somebody build a life.
You're helping a local mechanic have another set of hands so he doesn't have to carry everything by himself.
And you're helping two families believe that maybe this little shop we're building can become something even bigger than we imagined.
We're still figuring things out as we go. We're still growing. We're still learning.
There are days when this business is exciting, days when it's exhausting, and days when we're probably a little bit crazy for doing it. 😂
But we care about what we're building here.
We care about doing good work.
We care about treating people right.
And we care about the fact that when someone chooses to bring their vehicle to Dinsmore Auto Solutions, they're trusting our family with something that affects their family.
We don't take that for granted.
