Who's is really responsible for the death of my nephew? Ill tell you who? The police officers who chased him. Or the family who kept him from us when we wanted him home. Pices of f***n s**t. The boyz should have followed them in unmarked cars and busted him an his dirt bag friends. Instead they chased a scared kid and his friends causing him to kill him self and other people. Not very smart piggy's. Use your f*k in brains instead of your wanna be cowboys chase him down tactics. He and anyone else that got hurt are on y'all. With all the technology cameras and undercover cars you mean to tell us and all the family's who suffered a loss that that whole situation could not have been handled better. I'm not a lawyer but i think someone has 2 pay.
