Hey all -
Like most of your businesses, Scott's Affordable has been very impacted, but we are doing all we can to keep the doors open. We feel are essential to our customers, be it an emergency, or for those that have to get to work, or otherwise a car is a necessity to many. At Scott's we also fully understand and respect the importance of social distance, hygiene practices, and cleaning practices - from the pens and change to every door handle around, we are on it, we even have steering wheel covers. FURTHER - "No Contact" services are available - if you want we can let you drive in & never leave your car for many services, including oil changes, coolant services, batteries, belts.... - of course you have your car towed into us, no need to be with the car, we can handle the rest by phone. We want to keep our doors open, and be able to serve our customers. I have had to reduce hours, and hope not to implement layoffs.... as a wise man once said "it is what it is", I know we ALL are going through an emotional roller coaster ride as we navigate through this________ (not sure the best word) . I thank you all for your past service, and thank you in advance for continuing to allow us to take care of your car, and keep you on the road. Remember Also we have several financing options with deferred interest if needed, again we know it is tough out there, and we want to do all we can to help.
