Mazda3 customer slid and crashed into a curb. Broke driver axel, bent lower control arm, bent sway bar and sway bar link, inner and outer tire rod. Got new and used parts installed got the customer back on the road!

Customer states: car won’t move when in gear. Makes a grind/ clunk noise and has no power to move

Diag: lifted car up inspected all of the drivetrain heard noise coming from diff axels won’t move but in gear. Opened the drain plug and it was all metal gear oil. Pulled diff out ordered a new one and installed it got the customer back on the road this was the diff oil

Chrysler Pacifica oil cooler and intake gaskets. If you see oil/ coolant on top of your transmission or in the valley of the oil cooler it’s time to replace your oil cooler! Don’t starve your engine of oil/ coolant

Customer states: car was overheating and smoke was coming out from under the hood

Diag: inspected the cooling system and noticed the radiator had a crack. Installed a new radiator filled it back up with coolant and bled the cooling system to get rid of any air in the radiator

Diagnostic: Oil leaked onto the alternator from a bad valve cover gasket frying the alternator causing the car to run the battery completely low. Bad alternator = battery not charging
